Why Trim Healthy Mama
In 2012, after losing 30 pounds and then proceeding to start to gain it back, I went on a search for recipes that separated carbs and fats. Quite by accident I stumbled upon Trim Healthy Mama! My THM journey has had many ups and downs (including weight). However, no matter what, I’ve always ended back with the food freedom I find through THM.
I want to walk with you on your health journey, as you find your way through menopause, stubborn pounds and food obsessions. Some of the options I can offer you are: creating meal plans, grocery shopping tips, food preparation ideas, exercise options, goal planning, daily healthy habits and encouragement. I want to come alongside you as you learn the plan, help you work through any struggles, and ultimately celebrate the victories.
